Together with BFS’ technical drawing and the ability to manage production efficiency, we are confident and committed to provide the service to the clients’ satisfaction.

BFS offers high-quality raw materials for the production by the chosen forming factories that are equipped with 1D2B, 2D3B, and many more kinds of machines for different product requirements. These machines also enable us to provide a wide variety of product lines. The major diameter of the fasteners we produce are between M1.6 to M25 with the length up to 400mm.

For the heat treating process, we cooperate with the factories that can satisfy different heating needs, both for carbon steel and stainless steel fasteners.

For the surface treating process, we offer all kinds of surface treatments, including Zinc Cr3+, Zinc Cr6+, Yellow Zinc, Phosphate, Black Oxide, High Salt Spray Resistance Coating , Dacro, Nickel, Zinc – Nickel, etc.
